We’re flexible – we can swing by your place or have a virtual meet-up on Zoom (just have some pics of your space ready). This way, we can clearly understand what you envision for your project and the extent of work you’re aiming for. It’s all about making sure we’re in sync to plan everything perfectly.

FREE ESTIMATE
Upon the commencement of your initial consultation, or shortly following its conclusion, we are committed to providing you with a detailed and complimentary estimate. This will offer you a clear price range, ensuring transparency and understanding for your home remodeling project’s financial scope.

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
With Urban Refurbishment, once you agree to the estimated price range, we’ll set up a Project Development Agreement (PDA). This service costs 1% of the estimated high-end price, but don’t worry—if we build your project, it’s credited back, making it free!
In this phase, we refine your project’s details alongside your architect or designer, ensuring a precise scope and cost. We handle code compliance, select materials, and get accurate quotes from our trade partners. The result? A detailed construction proposal from us, ensuring your project is on-time, on-budget, and a fantastic remodeling experience.

CONSTRUCTION
Once everything’s ready—the design, contract, choices, and permits—Urban Refurbishment gets down to business. We carefully cover up the parts of your home not being worked on, then start the makeover. Our skilled team and reliable partners follow a detailed plan to make sure everything goes smoothly. We keep everyone in the loop with regular meetings. With BuilderTrend, our top-notch project management tool, we focus on finishing on time and making sure you love the end result.
